Carlos came out, told me he could fix the problem by replacing other pieces that were not even mentioned by the previous roofers. I agreed. He actually changed his schedule to accommodate my repair because it was going to rain the next day and he wanted to make sure that the leak was fixed. And guess what it was! He even called me a day or 2 after the rain to see if it was still leaking. Who does that? Carlos, that’s who.

Carlos is wonderful. He repaired my roof a few weeks ago and then after some major storms last night, one of the vents he had sealed was broken and started leaking in the same spot. I called him and he was here at 7am the next morning repairing it. He ended up replacing the broken vent under warranty. He stands behind his work and provides excellent customer service. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Carlos showed up on time for the inspection and informed me of the damage and repair cost. He and his crew showed up on time to repair the roof. When I looked up to see who and how many where working on my was none other than Carlos himself. Shocker! Great job guys efficient and clean, thank you. May not be the cheapest but I feel very relaxed in the workmanship completed.
